To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please review the important information below before arriving at Belle-Clair Fairgrounds Park Speedway. PARKING & ARRIVAL • Parking lots open at 3:00 p.m. • On-site parking is FREE. • Oversize vehicle and RV parking is available nearby at the Auffenberg Lot next to Denny’s on Highway 159. • Overflow parking will be available at several nearby lots once the main lot reaches capacity. • ADA parking requires a valid ADA permit, and the permit holder must be present in the vehicle. • The parking lot will be swept and gates secured 2 hours after the checkered flag. TICKETS & ENTRY • Ticket booths open at 3:00 p.m. for: o Day-of-event ticket purchases o Pit pass upgrades o Reserved seat upgrades (subject to availability) • Fans are strongly encouraged to purchase tickets in advance through www.belleclairspeedway.com. • Gates open to the public at 5:00 p.m. • If you leave the venue during the event, a valid ticket and hand stamp will be required for re-entry. SEATING INFORMATION • Seat cushions (without metal framework) and blankets are welcome. • General admission seating is available in the lower 7 rows of the turn 1 and turn 4 grandstands and rows 2-7 of the main grandstand sections 2 and 4 (unless marked otherwise). General admission seats are first-come, first-serve. Sections 1-3-5 of main grandstand are reserved only as well as the top 8 rows of section 2 and 4. General admission seats are designated by green marking on the end of the bench on the aisle. • Children 5 and under receive free admission with a paid adult ticket in General Admission areas. Children 6-12 General Admission are $12. • Children occupying a reserved grandstand seat must have a reserved seat ticket. • Premium Top Row Seating and Party Deck Seating are SOLD OUT. • Stadium seats are not permitted. Important Reminder for General Admission Fans To ensure fairness for all guests: • No one will be allowed into the grandstands before gates open at 5:00 p.m. to reserve General Admission seating. • Early access to secure seats from the pit area is not permitted. • Fans seeking guaranteed seating are encouraged to purchase reserved seats in advance. PROHIBITED ITEMS & SECURITY For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, the following items are prohibited inside the venue: • Firearms, weapons or ammunition of any kind • Knives or other dangerous edged weapons • Outside alcohol • Glass bottles or containers • Stadium seats • Pets (excluding properly documented service animals) All guests and their belongings are subject to security screening upon entry. Any prohibited items discovered at the gate must be returned to the guest's vehicle or disposed of before entry. Important: Firearms, knives, outside alcohol, stadium seats and glass containers are not permitted inside the venue. Please leave these items in your vehicle to help expedite entry and avoid delays at the gates. COOLERS • Guests may bring soft-sided coolers no larger than a 6-pack size. • Coolers are subject to inspection upon entry. • No outside alcohol or glass containers are permitted. PARTY DECK & SUITES • The Party Deck and Suite Level are restricted exclusively to guests with the appropriate credentials. • A valid Party Deck/Suite wristband is required for access. • Wristband pickup will be located on the midway. VIDEO BOARDS To help fans follow every lap of the action: • A large video screen in the infield will be visible from the main grandstands. • An additional video screen will serve fans in the pit area, midway, General Admission, Standing Room Only and pit pass viewing locations. MERCHANDISE • Driver merchandise trailers will open at 5:00 p.m., coinciding with gate openings. SMOKING & VAPING POLICY • Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in all grandstands. • A designated smoking area is available behind Turn 1. • Guests who smoke or vape in the grandstands will be asked to leave the venue. EVENT SCHEDULE 3:00 p.m. • Parking lots open • Ticket booths open 5:00 p.m. • Gates open • Driver merchandise trailers open 6:30 p.m. • Hot laps begin promptly 7:30 p.m. • Opening ceremonies and racing program begin The World of Outlaws officials are committed to delivering a fast-paced racing program with minimal downtime. No formal intermission is planned, aside from the Dash Draw activities taking place on the midway. FIREWORKS NOTICE Please be advised that fireworks will take place both before and after the racing program. FAN COURTESY We want every fan to enjoy the show. • During racing action, guests may be asked to take their seats so those behind them can enjoy the event. • Please be respectful of fellow race fans, competitors and event staff at all times.
